Quantitative Evaluation Methods

The training school is the second such initiative in the framework of the PROFEEDBACK Action, and it is prepared by the Working Group 2 “Quantitative methods in evaluations”. The second PROFEEDBACK training school will focus on quantitative evaluation methods. The quantitative evaluation methods found growing attention in the last years in Europe, especially the counterfactual impact evaluation approaches, not least because of the support given by the European Commission. The training school aims at introducing the main concepts of application of quantitative methods in evaluations and provide participants with a framework for planning and carrying out evaluations using statistical and econometric methods.

The training school was organised on 22-24 April 2024 at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.
