Shaping the Future: Evaluating Programs and Policies in Public Education and Youth Development

The 9th PROFEEDBACK Conference will take place on 18-19 June 2025 in Budapest, Hungary, hosted by the HÉTFA Research Institute. With the theme “Shaping the Future: Evaluating Programs and Policies in Public Education and Youth Development,” this hybrid event provides a platform for evaluators, policymakers, and researchers to exchange insights and present innovative approaches to evaluating youth and education policies.

Organized under the COST Action PROFEEDBACK framework, the conference focuses on advancing knowledge and collaboration in key areas of public education and youth development.

Key topics include:

• Youth inclusion, NEET programs, and school-to-work transition,
• Social innovation and the role of community spaces in supporting youth and mental health,
• Evaluation of educational policies, including strategies to prevent early school leaving and promote informal education.

This event aims to strengthen the policy evaluation community by fostering dialogue on impactful methods and tools, sharing lessons learned, and shaping future approaches to youth and education policies.
