PROFEEDBACK grants offer a unique opportunity for researchers and professionals to connect, collaborate, and contribute to a dynamic, European-wide dialogue. Those involved in PROFEEDBACK can apply for different grants, helping to fuel a future where knowledge exchange leads the way.

Thanks to the PROFEEDBACK ITC grant, Danijel Baturina took part in the prestigious 27th IPSA World Congress of Political Science in Buenos Aires!

Here is what Danijel had to say about this opportunity: “With the help of the PROEEDBACK ITC grant, I have participated in the 27th IPSA World Congress of Political Science, Buenos Aires, Argentina which represents the most prestigious and biggest conference of political scientists in the world. I have presented two papers which contribute to articulating a policy evaluation as the key tool in understanding, developing and modernising EU (and Croatia) policies. One: Evolution and evaluation of the state of social rights of the homeless people in Croatia and other: Elderly care in Croatia: policy struggles in between state’s dominance and private initiative. I was thrilled to participate in the conference as I gained insights into the developmental trends of politics (specifically social policy and its evaluations) as well as new methodological approaches used in policy evaluation. Beyond this, the grant had an impact on the development of my networks of collaborators as well as a creative playground for development and feedback on the new research ideas that I have. “

Danijel’s experience underscores the power of PROFEEDBACK grants in advancing research, building connections, and fostering innovation in policy evaluation across Europe.
