We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) as part of the ProFeedback project! After careful deliberation, the Management Committee of ProFeedback has voted to appoint Katalin Oborni to this important role. We’re proud to have Katalin Oborni, a Senior Project Manager at the HÉTFA Research Institute, as our Gender Equality Plan Advisor.

With a PhD in Sociology and an MA in Gender Studies, Katalin is deeply committed to advancing gender equality and fostering inclusive environments. Her expertise includes:
✔️ Developing Gender Equality Plans (GEPs)
✔️ Conducting impactful research
✔️ Designing training programs for gender-inclusive education and equitable opportunities

Her research spans diverse and important topics such as gender equality, the intersections of work, gender, and organizations, STEAM education, women’s entrepreneurship, work-life balance, and leadership. Katalin has a track record of working on and coordinating projects within the Erasmus+, Horizon, and CER EQUAL programmes. 

With Katalin’s expertise and deep commitment to advancing gender equity and empowering underrepresented groups in all segments of society and the economy, we’re confident this initiative will make a meaningful impact.
